Masters Management Information Systems (MMIS), Friends University, Wichita, KS 2000

Nicholas Bennington has over 10 years’ mechanical design experience working for a number of military and aviation companies: General Dynamics, Douglas Aircraft Company, Rohr Incorporated & Bombardier/Learjet. He was responsible for the development of electronic packaging equipment for the USAF F-16 Automated Test Equipment; Primary and Secondary structural attachment components for the USAF C-17 Cargo Transport Wing Box which included: wing to fuselage attach points, bulkhead, stringer, shear clips and routing of electrical, hydraulic and fuel systems lines. In addition he had design responsibilities for the nacelle and composite components for the MD90 V2500 and Airbus 330 aircraft.

Over the last 20 years he has developed a high level of competence in the utilization, teaching and developing of application macros for several leading CAD design packages (namely CATIA V4/5, Unigraphics, Autodesk Inventor, and Autodesk Simulation Mechanical & CFD)

In 2000, he obtained a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems with emphasis in strategic planning and leading organizations in the implementation of enterprise software solutions (i.e. ERP, PDM, SAP etc.)

He has over 10 years project management and project engineering experience managing a variety of continuous improvement and FAA Certification projects.

In 2009, he began his entrepreneurial career with a R&D company startup in the field of internal combustion engine technology. As President and Chief Engineer, he co-founded Grail Engine Technologies and led the development and testing of a patented two-stroke internal combustion engine. He concluded his assignment with Grail Engine Technologies in October 2014, after completing prototype proof of concept and securing of patent protection.

In 2015, Mr Bennington and Mr Gary Stecklein, a former Director of Southwest Research Institute, formed Grail Engineering LLC., an engineering consulting company. Together they are working on various energy efficiency projects and seeking R&D funding via DoD and SBIR/STTR programs. In addition, he is also leading a smart phone software development project and has completed early stage IP protection with the USPTO. He is an active member of the Inventors Association of South Central Kansas (IASCK) and is currently the Treasurer of the organization.

Dale Palmgren has a BS degree in CIS – Database programming and a MS degree in Internet Marketing.  He has been a successful entrepreneur since 1971 and has been an inventor at heart all his life.  Mostly, he just enjoys helping people reach their dreams.

One of his favorite sayings is “it is surprising how many things I have done because I was too ignorant to know it could not be done”.  This describes a great deal of his life.  In other words, he doesn’t pay attention to “what can’t be done” but instead figures out how it can be done.

Dale has worked in technical office equipment fields for over 35 years with 25 of those years building, repairing, teaching and programming computers.  He also developed magnets to wear in the shoes and was instrumental in opening the US and Canadian markets for therapeutic magnets.

He considers himself a “Jack of all trades and master of none” because he has had some experience with several different industries and products.  This gives him a unique perspective on where to start developing various inventions.

What is an Inventor? To me it’s a person that makes life more convenient, productive, safer, and economical by the way of a new Device, Process, or Idea.  Check out my new book:  Click on:  “Out of the Mind of Michael”.

I call myself an Inventor because I designed a process that enhances or magnifies products or elements in being used with increased efficiency, performance, or productivity. In simple terms, I influence elements to work stronger or different than they normally do.

One product that I came up with is M-Factor that cleans, polishes and protects painted, glass, metal, vinyl and other plastics on cars, boats and aircraft. On well cared for painted surfaces, M-Factor leaves a Sky Deep Shine, and last for months before needing a reapplication of M-Factor.  Click for VideoClick for Text.
